KILL HOUSE STORE POLICIES Version: 25 October 2026 DELIVERY & COLLECTION Flat £10 UK delivery per order. Free collection from Kill House in Dewsbury. Where we deliver and what it costs We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is a flat £10 per order, not per item. We do not offer international shipping. Free in-store collection is available instead. The delivery charge is shown before you pay. Any product or address restriction will be explained before an order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the cancelled goods and any delivery charge due back to you. We will not add a delivery surcharge without your agreement. Delivery times An estimated delivery date displayed before purchase or separately agreed with you applies to your order. If no different period is agreed, delivery will be made without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. We do not promise next-day delivery. Please contact us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential. We will let you know about delays and explain your options. Your legal rights if we miss an agreed delivery deadline remain unchanged. Airsoft gun orders require purchaser checks before release; if those checks cannot be completed, we will contact you rather than hold an order indefinitely. Free in-store collection Select free collection at checkout. Collect from Kill House, Day Street, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF13 3LJ. Call 0113 526 5111 or email enquiries@killhouse.co.uk to arrange collection, and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling. Bring your order confirmation. For airsoft gun purchases, the purchaser must be 18 or over and complete the required age and, where applicable, realistic imitation firearm defence checks. Please arrange any collection by another person with us in advance; this must not bypass purchaser checks. Online purchases collected in store retain the applicable online cancellation rights. Addresses, missed deliveries and problems Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will discuss redelivery or cancellation with you. Any reasonable additional redelivery charge will be explained and agreed before redelivery; charges will not remove your statutory rights. When we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until you or a person you nominate receives them. Tell us promptly about a missing parcel, damage or an incorrect item so we can investigate. Photos of packaging and damage can help, but a short reporting deadline is not a condition of your legal rights. Keep packaging where practical while a delivery problem is investigated. RETURNS & REFUNDS Straightforward returns, with clear responsibilities for you and for us. Changing your mind about an online purchase For most online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days starting the day after you receive the goods, then send them back within 14 days of telling us. If an order is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period normally starts after the last part arrives. For goods bought online and collected in store, it starts after collection. You can also cancel before delivery. Email enquiries@killhouse.co.uk, call 0113 526 5111 or write to Kill House at Day Street, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury WF13 3LJ with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Your order number helps us find the order. You can use our cancellation form, but it is optional. You do not need to wait for a return authorisation to exercise your cancellation right. Return costs and condition You pay the direct return postage cost when returning goods because you have changed your mind. Pack them securely, include supplied accessories and manuals, and keep proof of posting. Please use the original packaging where possible; being unopened or having original packaging is not an absolute condition of a statutory return. You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning and causes a loss in value, we may deduct that actual loss from a change-of-mind refund. Skirmishing with, modifying or damaging an item may cause such a loss. We will explain any deduction. There is no fixed restocking fee. Refunds for cancellation When you cancel the whole order, we refund the goods and the standard £10 outward delivery charge you paid. If you chose an additional premium service, we only have to refund the standard delivery cost. For a partial change-of-mind return, the original flat delivery charge normally remains payable where the same charge applies to the items kept. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree another method with you, without a refund fee. For returned goods we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. If goods have not been supplied, we refund within 14 days of being told you are cancelling. Any lawful loss-in-value deduction will be explained. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described. Give us your order details and explain the problem. Photos can help where available. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods and arrange an appropriate remedy. You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract. After that, repair or replacement is usually the first remedy, with rights to a refund or price reduction where the legal conditions apply. This is not a 30-day limit on all faulty-goods claims, and any manufacturer guarantee is additional to your rights against us. We are not responsible for problems caused by misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable maintenance, modifications that caused the fault, or normal wear and tear. A modification does not automatically remove rights relating to an unrelated original fault. We assess the circumstances and apply the legal rules on evidence; we do not automatically require every customer to commission an independent report. Personalised goods and purchases made in store A cancellation exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where we explain this before you order. Selecting a standard colour, option or stock configuration does not automatically make an item non-returnable. Faulty-goods rights still apply. For a purchase concluded in person in the shop, a change-of-mind return is at our discretion unless we agreed otherwise. This does not apply to an order purchased online and collected in store, and it does not affect rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Returning airsoft equipment safely Contact us before posting an airsoft gun, gas product, pressurised container or battery so we can discuss suitable arrangements. Use a carrier that accepts the contents and follow its restrictions. Do not send pressurised gas, pyrotechnics or damaged batteries without agreed safe arrangements. Do not put yourself at risk when preparing a return. Send agreed returns to Kill House, Day Street, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF13 3LJ. Please use this shop address, not the registered office. Safe-return arrangements do not remove your right to notify a cancellation within the legal deadline. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. STORE TERMS The terms for buying products from the Kill House online shop. Who you are buying from Kill House is operated by Gibbons Family Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 13964069. Registered office: 12a Leeds Road, Birstall, Batley, England, WF17 0EW. Our shop, collection and returns address is Day Street, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF13 3LJ. Contact enquiries@killhouse.co.uk or 0113 526 5111 for questions or complaints about an order. These terms cover retail goods purchased through this shop. Arena bookings have their own terms. Orders, payment and acceptance Review your product, variant, quantity and delivery choice before paying through Wix checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes and the £10 standard delivery charge, or free collection, are shown before payment. The final checkout total is the amount you authorise. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept an order when we confirm dispatch or that it is ready for collection, after any required purchaser checks. Payment may be taken before acceptance; that does not by itself confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock is unavailable, there is a clear pricing error or a required legal check cannot be completed, we will explain and refund the amount paid for the cancelled order. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. Product information and suitability Read the product description and selected options carefully. Contact us if compatibility or the contents of the box are unclear. Display colours may vary between screens, but goods must still match their description. Product photos do not mean that accessories are included unless the description says so. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and use equipment safely. Airsoft equipment is for lawful use in suitable settings. Do not carry or display imitation firearms in public without a lawful reason and suitable precautions. Age and realistic imitation firearms Airsoft gun purchasers must be 18 or over. A realistic imitation firearm also requires an applicable legal defence. We may ask for suitable evidence and verify the purchaser, not simply the delivery recipient. UKARA registration is one way of supporting an airsoft defence; it is not a firearms licence and is not the only possible defence. A website age declaration or membership reference is not proof of eligibility by itself. Gun orders are subject to staff checks before acceptance, dispatch or collection. If suitable checks cannot be completed, we will not supply the gun and will refund the cancelled purchase. Do not email identity-document images; contact us to arrange an appropriate verification method. Delivery, cancellations and returns Our Delivery & collection and Returns & refunds policies form part of these terms. They explain UK-only delivery, free collection, cancellation periods, return costs, refund timing and faulty-goods remedies. Save a copy for your records. The policy version applying when you order governs that order; later changes do not retrospectively remove your rights. If something goes wrong Contact us first so we can try to resolve your complaint. We remain responsible for our legal obligations and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. These terms are governed by English law, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers elsewhere in the UK. You retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights. PRIVACY & COOKIES How information is used when you browse the shop or place an order. Who is responsible Gibbons Family Limited, trading as Kill House, is responsible for the customer information it uses to operate this shop. Contact enquiries@killhouse.co.uk or write to Kill House, Day Street, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury WF13 3LJ about your information. Information and purposes When you buy or contact us, we use relevant information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order contents, payment status, correspondence and any purchaser-check reference you provide. Wix hosts the catalogue and checkout. This storefront does not ask for or store your payment-card number. We use order information to fulfil the purchase contract and provide customer support. We use records where necessary to meet accounting, tax and other legal duties. We also have legitimate interests in protecting the shop, preventing fraud and maintaining appropriate records of purchase-eligibility checks. Where we rely on consent, such as optional marketing, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Purchaser checks For airsoft gun purchases we may need to check age, identity and an applicable defence. A membership reference or explanation entered before checkout is saved with the order note for staff review. Please provide only what is requested; do not include passport, driving-licence images or unnecessary sensitive information in an order note or email. Contact us to arrange a suitable verification route. Service providers and sharing Information needed to operate the service is handled by Wix, payment providers, the store's hosting provider and relevant delivery services. We may also share information where necessary with professional advisers or public authorities, or with a verification service where that is explained as part of a purchaser check. Each recipient should receive only what it needs for its role. Some providers may process information outside the UK using applicable data-transfer safeguards. Their privacy information explains their own processing. We do not use your order details as permission to send unrelated marketing. Storage, cookies and retention The shop uses browser storage for an anonymous Wix visitor token so your basket can work across page visits. It also stores a session acknowledgement of the age notice. These are functional store features. Wix checkout and the hosting service may use their own essential cookies or similar technology for security and checkout. No advertising pixel has been added to this storefront. Optional analytics or advertising technology will require appropriate information and consent controls where the law requires them. We retain information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, including order support, legal record-keeping and resolving disputes; retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligation. Your rights Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to some uses, and request portability. We may need proportionate evidence of identity before responding. Some legal record-keeping obligations can limit deletion. Contact us using the details above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would also welcome the chance to resolve a concern directly. This notice may be updated when the store's processing changes. BUYING AIRSOFT GUNS Know what we need before you order an airsoft gun. 18+ to purchase an airsoft gun Purchasers of airsoft guns must be at least 18. This is different from the arena's playing-age rules. A parent buying for a younger player must be the actual lawful purchaser and meet the applicable requirements. Do not use another person's identity or membership reference. Realistic imitation firearms For a realistic imitation firearm, we need to be satisfied that an applicable legal defence applies. Current UKARA registration can support an airsoft-skirmishing defence, but it is not a firearms licence. If you rely on another defence or other skirmishing evidence, contact us before ordering so the team can review it. How checks work Before checkout, a basket containing an airsoft gun asks for an 18+ declaration and a membership reference or short explanation of your defence. This is a request for staff review, not automatic verification. The team must verify age, purchaser identity and the applicable defence before releasing the order for delivery or collection. Please do not upload or email identity-document images or put them in an order note. Contact enquiries@killhouse.co.uk or 0113 526 5111 to arrange the appropriate check. We will not supply a gun if the necessary checks cannot be completed, and will refund a cancelled purchase. Collection does not bypass these requirements. Accessories and safety The gun-purchase declaration is not required for an accessories-only basket. Use all equipment responsibly and follow the relevant instructions. If you are unsure which product is suitable for your setup, ask us before buying. CANCELLATION FORM Use this optional form only if you wish to cancel an online purchase. A clear email or letter is also enough. Send your cancellation to Gibbons Family Limited trading as Kill House, Day Street, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF13 3LJ.
